First Art Club Project

Here are a few examples of the coloring books that the Art Club made for the Pediatric Unit at the hospital. They are filled with student drawings for the kids to color with homemade chucko crayons.

Start of Clay

We are starting our clay unit. 7th grade is making pencil holders by combining pinch pots to create a hollow structure.  Last week we practiced making pinch pots and joining them together to make spheres and cylinders.  Today we are practicing basic hand building techniques to make details like expression of faces and accessories.  These are two examples by Abby V. and Zack D.

 

Art Club

Art Club made coloring books and chunk crayons for the pediatric unit at the Arnot Hospital. They did a great job and I know the kids will enjoy coloring every hand drawn page!

Our next Art Club meeting will be on Thursday December 13th from 2:45 to 4.  Hope to see you there!
